Hi there!
I’m a Senior Creative Project/Operations Manager with 8+ years of experience streamlining workflows, optimizing creative processes, and leading high-performing teams.

Here is some work I’ve done throughout the years.

LASTPASS

BOSTON, MA

LastPass Creative Operations

As Senior Creative Project Manager at LastPass, I spearheaded efforts to streamline global creative operations, enabling our team to deliver high-volume, multi-channel campaigns with consistency and speed. I worked cross-functionally with marketing, legal, design, and engineering to optimize processes from ideation to delivery.
I led the implementation and day-to-day usage of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, transforming how we stored, versioned, and localized content across global markets. My goal was to operationalize creativity—creating space for bold storytelling while ensuring every asset met compliance and brand standards.

Key Contributions

  • Delivered 150+ assets per month across email, paid media, social, and web.

  • Authored workflow documentation, process maps, and training materials to scale operations globally.

  • Partnered with product and engineering to align campaign workflows with tooling capabilities and automation opportunities.

Crafting On-Brand, On-Time Creative

Campaign success at LastPass depended on aligning speed with brand integrity. I built bridges between creative and legal teams, ensuring all media passed compliance reviews without compromising quality or timeliness.
By defining functional specs and aligning on milestones early, I helped teams plan ahead and deliver fully approved assets on schedule—even as timelines shifted.
Impact:

  • Managed cross-functional timelines for weekly and monthly global campaigns.

  • Built relationships across content, product, and legal for proactive issue resolution.

  • Standardized naming conventions, templates, and briefs to support faster execution.

Centralizing Creative Knowledge & Workflows

As part of my role, I developed and maintained a living knowledge base of creative processes, tool integrations, and best practices. This helped onboard new teammates faster and ensured operational continuity across teams.
I also introduced scalable project tracking dashboards, providing leadership with visibility into campaign status, resource bandwidth, and risk areas in real time.

Highlights:

  • Created SOPs for creative localization, QA, legal approval, and asset archiving.

  • Maintained a centralized resource hub for creative briefs, timelines, and tool how-tos.

  • Partnered with ops and analytics to align metrics with business objectives

Designing Systems that Empower Creatives

My work at LastPass was driven by one core belief: creative teams thrive when their systems work for them—not the other way around. I focused on building workflows and tools that removed bottlenecks, increased clarity, and let designers focus on what they do best.

This involved both tactical improvements (like reworking review loops) and strategic projects (like mapping the future state of creative tooling across the org).

It Takes a Team to Pull This Off

This work was made possible through deep collaboration with:

  • Content Strategy – Brief development & messaging alignment

  • Field & Channel Marketing – Campaign priorities & regional adaptations

  • UX & Brand Design – Asset creation & design system governance

  • Legal & Compliance – Review processes & brand integrity
Product & Engineering – Technical specifications & delivery formats

MAYVENN

OAKLAND, CA

As the Brand and Strategy Lead at Mayvenn, I oversaw the planning and execution of cross-functional, multi-channel campaigns and platform updates. Partnering closely with marketing, design, and product teams, I translated creative vision into executable workflows. I built and scaled our project management systems and digital asset libraries to support rapid iteration and high-volume content production. My role required strategic foresight, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of user experience across mobile and desktop environments.

Key Contributions

  • Delivered 150+ assets per month across email, paid media, social, and web.

  • Authored workflow documentation, process maps, and training materials to scale operations globally.

  • Partnered with product and engineering to align campaign workflows with tooling capabilities and automation opportunities.

📸 Photo & Video Strategy

Product storytelling was a core part of Mayvenn’s customer experience. I led photo and video production for product launches, tutorials, and brand campaigns—planning shoots, developing creative briefs, directing talent, and overseeing post-production. I approached every shoot with a strategic mindset: What would convert? What would educate? What would inspire confidence in the buyer? By aligning creative with customer needs and business goals, we created content that was both beautiful and effective.

🎟️ Event Support & Onsite Branding

In addition to digital work, I supported Mayvenn’s presence at in-person activations and events. I developed signage, booth displays, print materials, and social content tailored for each event. My team also captured behind-the-scenes photo and video footage, turning real-time experiences into evergreen marketing assets. Events became an extension of our brand, with content repurposed across digital channels to reinforce messaging and expand reach.

🔁 Process Optimization & Creative Workflow

I built and refined scalable workflows to support a high volume of creative requests—from digital campaigns to print collateral and event materials. By centralizing intake through a streamlined project management system and implementing clear approval stages, I reduced bottlenecks and brought visibility to every phase of production. These improvements helped us scale without sacrificing quality, and empowered the creative team to meet aggressive timelines with confidence.

📂 Asset Management & Systems

I established and maintained a digital asset management (DAM) system that became the single source of truth for all creative content. This included version-controlled photography, video footage, brand templates, and campaign assets. The DAM not only reduced time spent searching for files but also improved cross-team collaboration by making it easy for marketing, product, and sales teams to access what they needed, when they needed it

SAN FRANCISCO, CA

At Panther Labs, I led the development of streamlined creative workflows that enhanced team productivity and laid the foundation for automation. I implemented project management systems like Jira and Monday.com, improved asset management through DAM maintenance, and collaborated cross-functionally to align creative and product goals. My work introduced scalable compliance and legal approval processes, accelerating time-to-market for digital deliverables while ensuring brand and legal consistency.
